30-day returns

If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@chillseat.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and final-sale items can't be returned.
