Track Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use it to follow your parcel every step of the way.

How to track your order

1. Find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
2. Enter it on our universal tracking page: t.17track.net
3. Or paste it directly into your local postal carrier's website.

Haven't received tracking yet?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Your tracking number is usually emailed within 5 business days of ordering. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder first.

Tracking not updating?

It's normal for tracking to take a few days to show movement after a label is created, especially for international shipments passing through customs. If there's no update for more than 7 business days, email us at support@chillseat.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
